Terry and Tim presented "Legal Liability in the Fire Service: Reality vs. Myth for Commissioners and Fire Chiefs" at the Sullivan County Bureau of Fire.
Terry and Tim presented "Navigating the Law: What Chiefs Need to Know" at the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs 113th Annual Conference and FIRE 2019 Expo held on June 12-15, 2019 at The Oncenter in Syracuse, New York.
Tim successfully obtained a verdict in favor of a Fire District in a slip and fall case following a week-long jury trial in Orange County Supreme Court.
Terry participated with Battalion Chief John Salka (FDNY), Mark C. Butler, Esq., and Lieutenant Paul Haynes (Syracuse Fire Department) in the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs' Company Officer Leadership Training program at various locations in the State.
